Before I can serve you, I need to get to know you. The first step in making your podcast is to schedule a meeting – 1-on-1 or with your full creative team, so we can discuss your vision and goals. It’s important that I understand why you want to make a podcast, and what you hope to accomplish. I’ll send you a form in advance of the meeting to help guide our conversation, and follow up with a custom proposal for what it will take to bring your vision to reality. Often proposals include multiple options, depending on the scope of work and your budget.

2. Microphones & Recording Environment

This question is at the top of most people’s lists. If you’ve already got equipment, great. We’ll take a look together and see if you need anything else. Starting from scratch? No worries, I’ll help you identify budget friendly solutions that help make your voice sound as good as your ideas. Here are my top hardware recommendations.

3. Hosting & Platform Distribution

I’ll help you set up your podcast hosting service, including distribution to every major platform—Apple, Spotify, Amazon, Google, TuneIn, iHeart, etc. While I don’t offer in-house hosting services, I highly recommend partnering with Buzzsproutw.buzzsprout.com/?referrer_id=1711587. The hosting service I use offers realtime aggregated analytics so you can track the growth of your audience over time.

4. Editing & Sound Design

When it comes down to it, editing and sound design can make or break your podcast. I offer a full range of editing services, including custom sound design to help bring your words to life. Whether your project needs some slight EQ and compression to take care of room noise, separating Zoom webinar speakers, or in-person recordings I’m here to serve you. As a client you have access to my full library of music and sound effects, free of charge.

5. Graphic & Web Design

Artwork is the first exposure potential listens have to your podcast, and no podcast is complete without amazing artwork. I’ll design custom artwork for your podcast, including commissioning custom artwork, as needed. If you want, I can also design a custom website for your podcast, and even help set you up with a custom domain and email to protect your privacy while interacting with listeners.
